for our customer Symfoni Finland. The position is permanent and located in Helsinki.

Areas of responsibility:

You work closely with Symfoni’s customers from the very first sales steps, leading to configuration and process enforcement activities, in order to secure successful solution implementation. Your main responsibility is to advice and support customers in their process and solution development activities. You are a true team player and able to use and contribute to Symfoni’s Nordic level Professional Services Organization’s capability development, which is used to deliver world-class services to our customers. Your sales oriented mindset drives you to prepare extremely good proposals and presentations for our customers.

Key skills:

  • Skilled professional with ITSM tool such as ServiceNow, CA Service Desk, BMC Remedy
  • Knowledge of the ITIL / IT4IT frameworks
  • Good co-operation and communication skills; a good team player
  • Pro-active, flexible and no-nonsense attitude and eagerness to excel
  • Structured way of working and documenting results for the customer
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken. Finnish skills are an advantage.

To be successful in this position, the following qualifications are important:

  • 5 years’ practical experience with IT Service Management processes and frameworks such as ITIL, Cobit, TOGAF, PRINCE2, ISO20000
  • Capability to simplify complex topics and document them in formally recognized notations (e.g. UML)
  • Good soft skills and capability to create stunning presentations and lead workshops in a systematic manner
  • Fearless attitude towards new technology
